Incorrect Course Progress

Are you experiencing incorrect progress (%) tracking in your learning (including Virtual labs / Video Courses / Practice Exams)?

If you completed your course and activities, we ask that you allow up to 24 hours for your progress to update as results are reported back to us from our learning partners.

If it's been longer than 24 hours, we ask you follow up with us and we will troubleshoot your problem and possibly escalate to our internal team if needed. When doing so, please take a screenshot and a provide a brief description of the problem you are experiencing and send it our Support Team. This allows us to accurately identify the problem and report swiftly to our internal team. 

We apologize for the inconvenience but can assure you, all your progress is tracking correctly in our database except in the case of certain security settings. 

Please note: strict firewalls settings can and will prevent our platform from recognizing and recording your progress.
